If I could give more stars I would! I’m a definite beginner in hi-fi separates and was a bit apprehensive going to such a specialist shop with no knowledge of what’s on offer. I shouldn’t have worried — Andrew and Michael were amazing, both so enthusiastic about what they do and happy to spend time explaining the alternatives. Andrew’s knowledge base is nothing short of Biblical in its detail and scope. Outside of London’s highest-end dealerships, I’ve never come across a more professional business than this. Andrew was recommended to me by a Michell dealer in Leeds. I had a modest budget and limited space at home. There was never any hard-sell — Andrew’s knowledge is vast, and he offered several options at various price points, taking the time to explain what each component would bring to my system. Superb service from start to finish. In the shop they give advice on products allowing me to stay within my budget. I had fears regarding setting up my new Rega turntable — those worries were allayed when I found out they actually come out and set the system up, all part of the service.
